The 20 Minute Meditation is about transforming our highest character, and our illusions into wisdom. We always begin with a few minutes of deep breath and body stretching. [ The Secret Meditative Breath ] This allows the body to understand, this is time for me.  Do not worry about the Hindrances [ mind wandering, body twitching ] practice brings calmness and reward. [ See Posture & Vital Life Force ] Remember a Master Key is approximate same time day and/or evening. Start by doing it weekly and develop further as you progress.

A Place: Habits are important. Select a place, a spiritual space that brings comfort, a relaxed reality of mind and spirit. Meditating with spine, neck and head straight to help open the chakras. Find a little corner or a whole room, make it your spiritual space. Take a favourite walk in a park or nature estuary, same place, same time each day. Wear loose fitting clothing for meditation, freeing the body to breath.

Always have a notepad, exercise book or spiritual diary and pen nearby. When you get the feeling or inspiration walk in the meditation of Ink, so you can revisit and expand your insightfulness again later. Put down your thoughts just as they come to you, never mind about grammar, spelling or style, simply be in the moment taking down the message. You are in communication with the universal, eternal Law of Light and Energy. Pay attention, do not push for more, just relax and write down the thoughts as they come to you. As soon as they stop, be quiet, be still, be thankful. Later you can reflect, adjust and expand this area  of challenge or happiness.

Quest:   During the next few minutes: Meditate on what mindfulness means to you. How do you define Mindfulness? How many kinds of mindfulness is there? Should mindfulness be trying to achieve something, or simply be awakened awareness? What is the intention of right Mindfulness? What does mindfulness have to do with non-judgement? NOW, Watching the mind as you ask these questions silently, what answers come to You?

Weekly Application:  You make a difference for peaceful means, in your life and with others. With Right Mindfulness in mind [smile] be aware and mindful in making an offering to someone at work this week. Pick someone you feel is dealing with a lot of stress and do something mindful for them either anonymously or in person. Practicing Right Mindfulness daily can you observe a Better Memory, better recall and observation? This is one of the EightFold Pathway Meditations as taught by the Buddha. These essential statements bring us moments of reflection. After you have carefully meditated today day, try to enact your day filled with application in your daily goings about. If you are doing your meditating in the evening, make it the part of the purpose of tomorrow. Meditate on the Quote of the week. Write-print out this weeks Meditation. Repeat the Weeks Meditation statement out loud to yourself daily.

You Will feel the results with practice, do not be impatient, it takes time to feel the energy raise One's level of consciousness. Your meditation should move in a pattern, establishing a rhythm becoming a movement of body, mind and soulfulness. Results come with time, many blessings, and good health, your reward !

Practice:

The practice of Meditation is to achieve a clarity of time and space. In the Buddhist meditations this includes finding ones truest nature so that `the land where I live is peaceful,` after which we may reach out and help end the sufferings of others. Being sensitive to each moment, relax, breath deeply; be patient, find the courage to BE still. Know that you are on the pathway to insightful awareness and wisdom mindful abounding.

Let experience be your teacher, knowing that it is not about learning, it is about peaceful means and personal empowerment. Realization removes emotional expectation, illusion, false fear and a busy mind. Meditation protects against stress and anxiety.
