Q: How many kinds or schools of meditation are there? 

A: There are seven main schools, Breath [yogic], visualization [concentration], mantra [sound], point [chakra ], movement [walking, exercise ], devotional and direct esssence contemplation [beyond thought and mind ]

Q: How does "Meditation Mentoring Work ?   

A: Personal discussion about how the mind works in meditation, how the energy flows. A place, a method, a practice? Techniques, diet, purpose, all shared confidentially building personal courage and strength. Virtual meditation mentoring is done via e-Mail, Skype, your favourite a Confidential Chat Room.

Q: How do I know what is right for me ?   

A: Your physical well being should be balanced and in vibrate health. Your mental well being should be clear, without doubt and welcome all life's challenges. Your spiritual well being should be one of freedom, wisdom and enlightenment.
